EuChemS welcomes Evelina Colacino (SCF) as the new Chair of the Working Party on Mechanochemistry. She works as Associate Professor at Université de Montpellier – Institut des Matériaux Charles Gerhardt (ICGM) and since 2022 she is also a Coordinator of the Horizon Europe project IMPACTIVE Innovative Mechanochemical Processes for the green synthesis of ACTIVE pharmaceutical ingredients.
The Working Party on Mechanochemistry also has a new Secretary , Zara Cherkezova-Zheleva (Union of Chemists of Bulgaria), a new Treasurer Ladislav Celko (Czech Chemical Society) and a new Webeditor, Clara Gomes (Portuguese Chemical Society)
