Since its inception in 1981, EUROFOODCHEM has served as a biannual gathering for food chemists, technologists, and emerging scientists from academia and industry. Over the past 40 years, it has fostered a dynamic community committed to advancing food research, offering invaluable networking opportunities and facilitating the exchange of innovative ideas, while also nurturing the careers of young researchers.

The upcoming edition will include well-established plenary, keynote, oral, and poster presentations, along with a new and engaging special poster session called “Inspiration.” This session is tailored for young researchers and those who have played a significant role in their academic journeys, such as teachers, mentors, or family members. Participants are encouraged to visualize their scientific paths as a tree, showcasing their roots, the strength of the trunk, and envisioning future growth in the tree’s lush crown.

For the first time, EUROFOODCHEM will be held in Slovakia, a country renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, warm hospitality, and excellent accessibility.

We warmly invite you to join us in Bratislava, the enchanting capital nestled along the Danube River. We look forward to welcoming you!
