The meetings, kindly hosted by the Pancyprian Union of Chemists consist of an open and a closed session of the general assembly, as well as the annual meeting of EuChemS’ Professional Networks. The registration – obligatory for participants – opened recently. It can be accessed here, alongside additional information about the meetings, such as venue, and transport.
The closed session of the General Assembly session on Thursday 12 October afternoon is for EuChemS representatives with voting rights and EuChemS Executive Board members only, while the open session on Friday 13 October is for representatives of EuChemS Member Societies and Supporting Members, EuChemS Executive Board Members, Board members of EuChemS Divisions, Working Parties, EYCN and invited guests. The annual meeting of the Professional Networks is on Friday 13 October. It is for the representatives of EuChemS Divisions and Working Parties.
The annual meetings give opportunity to discuss various topics, such as presenting follow-up actions from the previous year, EuChemS’ highlights and actions of the year, and strategic future orientations amongst other topics.
