EuChemS welcomes the Lithuanian Chemical Society

As of 1 January 2023, The Lithuanian Chemical Society (LChS) is a member society of the European Chemical Society (EuChemS). With Lithuania amongst its members, EuChemS now represents 50 member organisations from 34 countries.

During the General assembly, held on August 2022, in Lisbon, the LChS’s membership application was approved unequivocally. LChS was re-established in 2017. It is a non-governmental organization, that acts as an association. Its goal is to unite chemists, teachers of chemistry, engineers, students, and juridical representatives of Lithuania. EuChemS warmly welcomes the Lithuanian Chemical Society’s membership, and looks forward to their involvement in international scientific cooperation.
